Abstract

Акцентът е поставен върху финансовия контролинг като част от контролинга във фирмата. Обърнато е внимание на необходимостта от финансов контролинг в българските фирми. Разгледани са факторите на външната и вътрешната среда на фирмата в контекста на финансовия контролинг, както и видовете контролинг. Посочени са основни финансови показатели, използвани като база при формулиране на целите във фирмата.
