Качество И Перспективи За Развитие На Администрацията Във Връзка С Процеса На Децентрализация В Гърция

Abstract

Настоящото изследване има за цел да установи позициите на държавната и общинската администрация и тяхната оценка спрямо процеса на децентрализация в Гърция; компетентностите и нагласите на администрацията относно децентрализацията; степента на завършеност на децентрализацията и развитие на квалификацията на държавната и общинската администрация. Изработена е анкетна карта, в която са включени въпроси, свързани с оценката на децентрализацията в Гърция и нагласите на администрацията спрямо процеса. В изследването взимат участие 95 служители. Резултатите очертават трудности в процеса на децентрализация, както и начини за тяхното преодоляване.
