Иновационните Стратегии В Индустриални Предприятия От Варненска Област

Abstract

Иновациите в съвременната икономика са не по-малко важни от всички останали фактори на производството като труд, капитал и земя. Те не само помагат да бъдат решени по нов начин съществуващите проблеми в бизнеса, но и допринасят за запазване на производства, които са замиращи в дадени региони поради липса на кадри, повишават конкурентоспособността на фирмите и на цели икономики, задоволяват нови или съществуващи обществени потребности. За да бъдат осъществени и реализирани на пазара различните видове иновации, организациите, които ги предлагат, трябва да разполагат с конкретни стратегии, как това да се случи. Иновационната стратегия на предприятието се отнася до точно определени дейности като разработка, внедряване, реализация на нововъведенията. В крайна сметка иновационната стратегия е важен фактор за успешна реализация както на продуктови, така и на технологични и организационно-управленски иновации, а оттам и за подобряване на пазарните позиции на иновиращите предприятия. Това в пълна степен важи и за индустриалните предприятия от Варненска област.
