Abstract

Стратегическото управление на търговските фирми в условията на криза поставя сериозен акцент върху управлението и контрола на риска. В света не съществува бизнес дейност, която не е съпроводена с различни видове риск. В една силно конкурентна и турбулентна среда ясното свързване на стратегията на търговската фирма и управлението на риска дава възможност да се идентифицира и управлява рискът от заобикалящата среда и настъпващите движения в нея. Стратегическото управление на риска създава защитна стойност, което гарантира устойчива вътрешна среда. Това е непрекъснат процес, който се вгражда в стратегията.
