Насоки За Анализ На Финансовите Отчети На Българските Публични Застрахователни Компании

Abstract

Финансовите отчети предоставят необходимата информация, нужна на потребителите на тази информация при анализ и оценка на финансовото състояние на публичните дружества. Потребителите наинформацията от финансовите отчети са широк кръг от лица, влизащи в обкръжаващата среда на фирмата. Такива могат да бъдат кредиторите,доставчиците, клиентите, инвеститорите, външните контролни органи. В настоящата статия е застъпена тезата, че информацията, посочена във финансовите отчети, подпомага инвеститорите при вземане на решение за инвестиране в акции на компании, търгувани на фондовата борса. Точният анализ на финансовите отчети води до решения за покупка, от каз за покупка или продажба на акции на анализираните публични ком- пании. В статията са анализирани публични компании, опериращи в зас трахователния сектор.
