Интегриран Подход При Изследване Еволюцията На Стабилизационната Политика На Европейския Съюз

Abstract

Изследването на еволюцията на стабилизационната политика на Европейския съюз е трудна задача, която се нуждае от определено целенасочване. В широк смисъл стабилизационната политика може да бъде определена, като съвкупност от мерки, предприети от управля- ващите и провеждани посредством определени органи и механизми за преодоляване на проблеми в икономическата система или връщането и в състояние на равновесие. Разбира се, протичащите процеси на различ- ните равнища – глобално, регионално, национално – в икономическата система също трябва да се вземат предвид при определянето нструментариума на стабилизационната политика. Конкретно за Европейския съюз инструментите за стабилизация през неговото развитие се изразяват в промяна както в стратегическо отношение, така и в структурно и институционално отношение, като еволюцията на стабилизационната политика може да се характеризира като отделни периоди на развитие.
