Abstract

Авторът има за цел да разгледа един въпрос, по който до- сега не е правено изследване. В процеса на изложението се доказва, че управлението на риска има място в системата „Интелектуална собственост”. Чрез него ще се намалят причиняваните вреди от реализирането на „чисти” и спекулативни рискове. Специално внимание се отделя на трансфера на риска, свързан с продуктите на интелектуалната собственост. Като най-приемлив се приема застрахователният трансфер. Това налага в практиката да се въвеждат застраховки, свързани с обектите на интелектуална собственост.
