Концепции За Планиране На Материалните Потребности Във Фирмата

Abstract

В статията се прави системен преглед на съвременните концепции за управление на материалните потребности на фирмата. Последователно се разисква по същността и конкретните технологии за планиране на материалните потребности във фирмата. Специално внимание се отделя на технологията за определяне на количествата на фирмените поръччки, определяне на количествата за закупуване във фирмата относно характеристика на концепцията за буферния запас. Достига се до извода, че при планирането на фирмените материални потребности концепцията за буферният запас е лесно приложима, защото планираните поръчки могат да се определят просто като буферният запас се приспадне от първоначалния баланс на наличните запаси. От друга страна, буферният период на доставяне е малко по-труден за приложение, защото той не може да бъде получен чрез изкуствено повишаване на основния период на доставяне с някаква величина за сигурност.
