Abstract

Целта на статията е да представи в критичен план актуалните проблеми, базисните модели и влияещите фактори за развитие на компетенции за финансово управление на трансгранични инфраструктурни проекти като цяло и в частност – за създаване на транспортна свързаност между България и Румъния като страни-членки на ЕС. Статията е структурирана в три основни части. В първата част фокусът е върху факторните модели за финансов мениджмънт на инфраструктурни проекти. Втората част развива идеи за групиране и систематизиране на проблемите пред инфраструктурните трансгранични проекти за транспортна свързаност. Третата част представя синтезиран емпиричен анализ на проекта „Дунав мост 2: Видин – Калафат” като успешен пример за трансграничен проектен мениджмънт.
