Адаптиране На Обезщетенията За Безработица Към Икономическия Цикъл

Abstract

Безработицата, като социално-икономическо явление, е обективно присъща за всяка пазарна икономика. Обезщетенията, които се изплащат на безработните лица, осигуряват доходи за индивидите, останали без работа и възможност за колективно понасяне на тежестта на риска. Щедростта им може да повлияе върху стимулите за търсене и започване на работа, както и върху продължителността на безработицата. Затова те могат да играят роля на вграден икономически стабилизатор, съобразен със съответния икономически цикъл. В статията се търсят моментите „за” или „против” и изследва доколко успешно обез- щетенията за безработица в Европа и България изпълняват ролята на вградени автоматични стабилизатори.
