Банковият Потребителски Кредит - Компонент На Бизнес Сегмента „Банкиране На Дребно“

Abstract

Актуалността на темата за банковото финансиране на потреблението и неговия обсег на действие са широко дискутирани в разработките на редица изследователи в областта на банкирането. Заемите, с които банковите дружества удовлетворяват персоналните нужди на гражданите и домакинствата, отдавна съставляват неизменна част от живота на хората и имат съществена роля за икономиките на повечето страни по света. Настоящата разработка има за цел да изясни същностната характеристика и специфичните особености на банковия потребителски кредит в България. За изпълнението на поставената от автора цел се разглеждат текстовете на правната рамка относно потребителското кредитиране у нас, позициите на български и чужди автори при дефинирането на термина „потребителски кредит”, както и практико-приложните проявления на отделните видове кредити за текущи цели, предлагани от търговски банки в България.
