Abstract

Статията е свързана с равнопоставеността на половете в България и по-конкретно – с равнопоставеността на половете във властта и вземането на решения. След общ поглед върху поставения проблем следва анализ на участието на жените във властта и вземането на решения по направленията, представени в третата приоритетна област от Европейската пътна карта. Областта е озаглавена „Насърчаване на равнопоставеността на половете във властта и вземането на решения” и включва три направления: политическо участие и представителство на жените; жените на ръководни позиции в икономиката (преодоляване на вертикалната сегрегация); жените в науката. Статията завършва с практическо изследване върху участието на жените във властта и вземането на решения.
