Eclectic Views About The International Business And Management

Abstract

The article consists of four parts: The first part identifies the main characteristics of the modern global economy, outlines the global problem which has a product substance, and attempts to formulate the main contradictions of the modern times. The characteristics of the national and the world economies are described in the second part. An emphasis is put on the negative foreign trade balance of Bulgaria and on the panel of contradictions in this field. In the third part the author formulated the main characteristics of the international and global business management as well as the international marketing tactics when the economy is in recession are provided. The fourth part adduces and suggests new methods and approaches for making international business: a combined approach, the diversity as a machine for economic growth, the inclusion of poor countries in the business model, the ethnical entrepreneurship, etc. The article ends with the conclusion that the world’s market scene becomes more and more populous and, besides the treats, is rich of opportunities.
