Abstract

Обект на изследване в студията е дигиталната трансформация в банковата дейност. В разработката се изследва рисковият профил на цифровизацията в кредитните институции и последиците от нея. Прави се анализ на ефективността на дигиталната трансформация в банкирането и се предлага инструментариум за нейното оценяване. Доказва се тезата, че дигитализацията, от една страна, предоставя иновации и удобства, но от друга – тя е съпътствана от рискове, които изискват от банките внимателно управление, регулация и технологична защита.
