Аспекти На Вноса На Служители От Трети Страни В Сферата На Туризма На България

Abstract

Вносът на кадри в сферата на туризма не е ново явление за България. След приемането ни в ЕС се наблюдава активен обмен на служители от страните членки. Глобалната пандемия доведе до масиран отлив на желаещи да работят в туризма и България се принуди да обърне поглед към трети страни. Сезонността и ниското заплащане допълнително затрудняват дейностите по подбор на кадри от местния пазар на труда, което прави вносa на служители жизненоважен за туристическия сектор. Наличието на голям брой туристи от страни, които говорят руски и английски език разширява възможностите на държавите, от които могат да бъдат привлечени желаещи да работят в България. Настоящото изследване, насочено към актуалното състояние и механизми на внос на кадри от туризма, се основава на съществуващата законова рамка, публикувани научни статии и данни, получени от различни източници, както и уеб сайтовете на Министерството на туризма на България и Министерството на труда и социалната политика.
