Abstract

Настоящото изследване има за цел да представи съвременните европейски политики за мултилингвизъм. В духа на европейските ценности стремежът за знание е насочен в посока развитие на езиковите компетентности на повече от един от европейските езици. Тези политики набират скорост особено след излизането на Великобритания от Европейския съюз. Целта на изследването е да покаже посоката, в която се движат европейските политики за мултилингвизъм. Те са от изключително значение за развитието на ценностите в Европейския съюз и са в неизменна подкрепа на устойчивостта на Съюза. Изучаването на друг чужд език има изключително много положителни функции. Освен присъстващия интеграционнен и комуникационен модел на поведение изучаването на език различен от майчиния развива нов начин на мислене у изучаващия го. Това е от изключително значение за създаване на климат на взаимно разбирателство и сътрудничество.
