Организационните Структури В Системите За Управление – Наука И Практика В Индустриалните Предприятия

Abstract

В статията е направен теоретичен обзор на същността и ролята на организационните структури в системата за управление на предприятията. Разгледани са процесите, които оказват влияние върху тях, вследствие на чието изменение следва да се направят промени в органнизационните им структури, за да се постигне ефективно управление. Характеризирани са системите на управление. Изведено е определение за индустриалното предприятие като система и са посочени негови основни характеристики. Разгледани са основните подходи и методи за управление на предприятията. Организационната структура в системата на управление е променлива на вътрешната среда на индустриалното предприятие в резултат на влиятието както на вътрешни, така и на външни фактори.
