Културни Различия В Интернационализацията На Мсп В Азия

Abstract

Културните различия при интернационализация са дефинирани по методиката на Hofstede и разгледани в постановки на интернационализация на международни малки и средни предприятия в Азия. Целта е да бъде определено дали културните различия упражняват ефект върху интернационализацията на предприятия в азиатски страни в контекста на подходите на интернационализация от предприятията. Въз основата на теоретичния обзор e изведено, че в повечето случаи несъобразителност с азиатските културни различия може да доведе до негативни последици при интернационализацията на малките и средни предприятия, и че мрежовият подход на интернационализация доминира в полето. Разработката разяснява необходимостта от преодоляване на културните различия при интернационализацията в азиатски страни, както и значението на културните различия в подходите на интернационализация.
