Оптимизиране На Паричните Агрегати От Гледна Точка На Австрийската Парична Теория – Възможности И Ефекти

Abstract

Паричното предлагане се изчислява чрез различни по своя характер и обхват парични агрегати. Федералният резерв изчислява и публикува два агрегата – М1 и М2. Коректното измерване на паричното предлагане има фундаментална роля в провеждането на ефективна парична политика от страна на централните банки. За съжаление официалните парични агрегати нямат ясно определена теоретична основа в селектирането на отделните компоненти, което може да доведе до неточности при тяхното оповестяване и управление. Това прави актуално изследването, чрез което може да се представи оптимизиран паричен агрегат, който е базиран на австрийската парична теория. Един от найточните такива агрегати се базира на концепцията на Ротбард-Салерно и се обозначава в англоезичната финансова теория като True Money Supply (TMS). Паричните инструменти в него покриват два основни критерия – дали са окончателно (финално) средство за разплащане на всички транзакции и дали са иск към налични пари, които са конвертируеми по номинална стойност.
