Abstract

От съществено значение е изучаването и анализирането на държавните разходи, с цел установяване на тенденциите в тяхното развитие. Периодичното отчитане на тенденциите в държавните разходи позволява на икономическите агенти да планират стопанските си действия на основата на обективна информация, намаляваща неопределеността на икономическата система. Също така, измерването на измененията в структурата на държавните разходи (особено на разходите на подсектор „Централно държавно управление” по функции на класификацията на функциите на държавно управление (КОФОГ)), позволява да се разкриват приоритетите в предоставянето на публични блага. Целта на статията е да се направи сравнителен анализ на разходите на подсектор „Централно държавно управление” по функции на КОФОГ на България и Гърция и на тази основа да се разкрият тенденциите при тяхното развитие, както и да се откроят различията в разходните политики на двете страни.
