Цифровые Права В Системе Объектов Гражданских Прав: Особености И Проблемы Законодательного Оформления В России

Abstract

В статье автор предпринял попытку проанализировать особенности формирования в России единообразной нормативно-правовой базы регулирования правоотношений в рамках цифровой экономики. Основное внимание автор уделяет рассмотрению проблем развития законодательства об объектах гражданских прав, явившихся результатом развития цифровых (интеллектуальных) технологий – цифровые права и цифровые деньги (криптовалюта, электронные денежные средства).
