Abstract

В настоящата статия е направен обзор и систематизиране на разработените в литературата базови модели за операционализиране на динамичните способности, оказващи значимо влияние за развитието и разбирането на теорията, както и за приложението й в практиката. На тази основа са изведени и анализирани ключови дискусионни аспекти, създаващи ограничения както за теоретичното, така и за емпиричното развитие на концепцията. Поставен е акцент на структурата на динамичните способности, ролята на знанието и обучението за развитието им, процесите на създаване на динамични способности, въздействието на динамиката на външната среда върху формирането, развитието и проявлението им, както и ролята на мениджъра в създаването и развитието им.
