Abstract

В статията се разкриват основните проблемни области в дейността на консултантите по управление. За успешното изпълнение на консултантските проекти е важно да се подберат консултанти с необходимите компетенции и квалификации. Акцентира се върху притежаваните подходящи личностни характеристики, които влияят върху съвместната работа с клиента. Съществуват качества, чието значение е трудно да се оцени, но които могат да окажат много дълбоко въздействие върху резултата от консултирането. Убежденията на консултанта, източникът на мотивация, личната етика, обективността, откровеността и степента на лоялност са такива качества. Много е важно тези качества да се проявят възможно най-рано в комуникацията между консултанта и клиента.
