Abstract

Биологичното земеделие възприема своето възникване, съществуване и принципи от самата природа, като основното правило при неговото практикуване е да бъде в хармония с нея, без да я уврежда. Реално, то е ново възприятие на околната среда и ново отношение към нейното опазване, сега и в бъдеще. Биологичното земеделие съчетава най-добрите практики, високото биоразнообразие, опазването на природните ресурси и високи производствени стандарти, основани на естествени вещества и процеси. Биоземеделието предвижда също и специален пазар, отговарящ на специфичното потребителско търсене, като в същото време предоставя обществени блага по отношение на опазването на околната среда, хуманното отношение към животните и развитието на селските райони.
