Abstract

Светът е завладян от дух на промяна, водеща към нова структура на общественото устройство и нов смисъл на живота. Тя засяга неговия естествен базисен механизъм, какъвто са взаимоотношенията „индивид – общество“, и налага нов фундаментален организиращ принцип на общественото устройство – човешкото развитие. Сякаш най-сетне се задава времето, писа през 1983 г. Арнолд Мичъл, когато много хора ще са в състояние да използват пълния обхват на силите си, за да водят живота, който наистина искат (Маслоу, 2001). Такъв е предметът на тази статия. Ще се опитам да развия някои издигнати вече идеи, включително и от български учени.
