Изследване На Конкурентни Предимства На Жилищни Имоти

Abstract

В студията се анализират и сравняват показателите, които характеризират конкурентните предимства на жилищните имоти в два района на страната - Северен централен и Южен централен район. Основните критерии за избора на двата района са - средната жилищна площ, падаща се на един обитател; структурата на жилищните сгради; местоположението (локацията) на двата района и броят на областите в тях. Обект на изследването са жилищните имоти в Северен и Южен централен район с техните области – Велико Търново, Габрово, Разград, Русе, Силистра, Кърджали, Пазарджик, Пловдив, Смолян и Хасково. Предмет на изследването са показателите – цени и качество (асортиментна структура) на жилищните имоти, които характеризират конкурентните им предимства. Времевият период на изследването е от 2010 до 2014 г.. Анализирани са влиянието на отделните фактори на микро и макросредата върху пазара и конкурентните предимства на жилищните имоти.
