Икономическа Ефективност От Усъвършенстването На Пътната Инфраструктура По Направлението На Транспортните Коридори На Територията На България

Abstract

С настоящото изследване се определя икономическата ефективност за потребителите на пътната инфраструктура при нейното изграждане по направленията на сухопътните трансевропейски транспортни коридори на територията на страната. За целта се изчислява възможната икономия на експлоатационни разходи, чрез използването на метода на сценариите. При първия вариант пътната инфраструктура е в настоящото си състояние, а при втория вариант се приема, че вече са изградени приоритетните проекти за изграждане на автомагистрали и скоростни пътища. Основната цел на изследването е да се определи, от гледна точка на потребителите, към кои транспортни коридори е икономически целесъобразно приоритетно да се насочат средства и усилия за изграждане на пътната им инфраструктура.
