Инструментариум На Съвременната Протекционистична Политика На Европейския Съюз

Abstract

Въпреки триумфалния марш на икономическата глобализация, чиято основна характерна черта е търговският либерализъм, държавите и наднационалните интеграционни формирования не изоставят, а усъвършенстват регулативните въздействия върху международния стокообмен. Най-решителни в провеждане на протекционистична политика са били, и в немалка степен продължават да бъдат лидерите на икономическия и технологическия динамизъм – САЩ, Япония и Европейската общност. В разработката се разглеждат основните мерки, чрез които протекционизмът се прилага на практика: разрешителни режими по вноса; мита с повишени ставки; импортни квоти; минимални вносни цени; минимални мита; допълнителни мита и/или импортни такси; забрани за внос; антидъмпингови и изравнителни мита. Достигнато е до извода, че съвременните форми и проявления на тези традиционни инструменти за ограничаване на чуждестранната стокова конкуренция в полза на местните приемащи стопанства са обединени в общия термин „неопротекционизъм”.
