Управленско Общуване В Съдеятелска Среда

Abstract

Общуването е основна част от управленската дейност. То се проявява и развива под въздействието на множество фактори в определена среда. Възможността на управленското общуване да въздейства и да формира съдеятели – позитивни, негативни и неутрални, допринася за общ резултат и конкретни отношения в организацията. Структурата на статията е следната: увод; част първа представя ролята на съдеятелската среда за управленското общуване; част втора представя политиката и правото като компенсаторен механизъм на съдеятелската система; част трета разглежда развитието на управленските отношения в условия на съдеятелство; заключение.
