Договорна Сила На Предприятията За Търговия На Дребно

Abstract

Измененията в договорната сила на търговците са следствие от повишаващото се равнище на концентрация в търговията на дребно посредством увеличаване на площта на физическите търговски обекти, концентрация на електронните магазини и изграждане на търговски вериги, както и чрез ускоряване на процесите на сливане, изкупуване и внедряване на собствени търговски марки. Предмет на изследване е договорната сила на търговците на дребно при преговори с доставчиците. Изяснени са понятията пазарна власт и договорна сила на търговците на дребно като купувачи. Направен е преглед на теорията в областта на силата на търговците на дребно във веригата за реализация на потребителските стоки. Изследвани са промените в концентрацията на търговията на дребно в България и договорната сила на последните при преговори, измерена чрез равнището в търговските отстъпки.
