Abstract

Тази статия разглежда рефлективната практика и планирането на личностното развитие, както от академична, така и от бизнес гледна точка. Както ще бъде доказано, тези умения са от основно значение за студенти, желаещи да преследват кариера в света на бизнеса, и дават положително отражение върху настоящите им занимания и по-нататъшното развитие на техните знания и умения в среда, основана на познаване на икономиката, където на човешкия капитал се гледа като на най-ценен актив. На първо място, определението и процесът на рефлективна практика ще бъдат разгледани както в областта на академичния, така и на професионалния свят . Впоследствие ще бъде разгледано планирането на личностното развитие във връзката му с рефлективната практика и как това вече се прилага в Обединеното кралство. И накрая, ще се разгледа как тези процеси и дейности могат да бъдат интегрирани в академична среда.
