Abstract

Определянето на профила на мултипликаторите1 на финансовия резултат (IMP – Income multiplier profile) на дадено предприятие, дейност или звено в процеса на бюджетиране е популярен метод в областта на хотелиерството и ресторантьорството за изследване на влиянието на различни стойностно измерими ключови фактори върху финансовия резултат. Неговото традиционно приложение е свързано с определяне на бизнес ориентацията на изследваните обекти, анализ на рентабилността на продуктитe и услугите, оптимизиране на финансовия резултат, реализиране на счетоводни и контролни стратегии. В настоящата статия се представя модифициран подход за съставяне на система от стандартизирани профили, съобразно концепцията за анализ по центрове на отговорности по модела USALI2, като ключовите фактори са изведени от базисната алгебрична взаимовръзка „разходи-обем-печалба”.
