Abstract

Настоящата статия има за цел да представи необходимостта от организационна промяна в съвременната бизнес организация. За постигането на тази цел, на основата на анализ на литературни източници е направен обзор на някои основни модели за организационна промяна. Обект на статията е класифицирането на моделите за организационна промяна и очертаване на техните основни идеи. Представената разработка има следната структура: - Въведение. - Необходимост от организационна промяна. - Групиране на моделите за организационна промяна: Първа група – Модели за изучаване на организационната промяна; Втора група – Модели за управление на организационната промяна. - Заключение.
