Abstract

Ускореното развитие на съвременните икономики и динамичната промяна на пазара на труда налагат непрекъсната актуализация на квалификацията на кадрите. Това извежда на преден план продължаващото професионално обучение като част от концепцията за учене през целия живот. Подходяща възможност за поддържане и усъвършенстване на професионалните компетенции на кадрите е дистанционното обучение в електронна форма. То при-добива все по-голямо значение, предвид факта, че създава условия за усвояване на нови знания и умения, без откъсване на хората от професионалните и семейните им ангажименти. Като пример за добра практика в това отношение е разгледано обучението по „Оперативно счетоводство” в ЦПО към Стопанска академия - Свищов.
