Потребителска Оценка На Конкурентоспособността На Вносителите На Нови Автомобили В България

Abstract

Конкурентоспособността на търговския бизнес е актуален и значим проблем пред съвременното общество и икономика. Способността на предприятията да търсят и използват по най-добрия начин източниците на конкурентни предимства, както от външната така и от вътрешната среда предопределя тяхното оцеляване в динамично променящата се пазарна среда. Поради липса на време и средства повечето предприятия не провеждат системни продуктово-пазарни проучвания и често вземат управленски решения на база на непълна информация, съвременни практики или интуиция. В същото време продуктът на предприятието е предназначен за потребителите, а техните възприятия често са субективни и ирационални, което налага тяхното изследване. Целта на настоящата статия е да се изведат източниците на конкурентни предимства, които произтичат от потребителската оценка на конкурентната позиция на предприятието.
