Несъответствия При Съчетаване На Индивидуалното И Груповото Поведение В Организацията

Abstract

Дейността на дадена организация може да се определи като ефективна, ако нейните членове са приели поведение, което да стимулира постигането на общите цели. Съчетаването на индивидуалното и груповото поведение е сложен и в определени случаи продължителен процес, който може да бъде съпроводен с редица трудности. Съществуват варианти, в които са налице противоречия между индивид и група. Те произтичат от: индивидуалните особености на всеки човек, изискванията му към себе си, ценностната му система, неговата самооценка, начина на действие, целите, които си поставя, маниерите му на поведение и възпитание. Необходимо е да се търсят начини и средства за тяхното преодоляване. Съчетаването на двата типа поведение налага приспособяване на отделната личност към групата, подчиняване и понякога отричане на собственото мнение с цел приемане на груповото. За целта в статията са разгледани конкретни начини и средства за преодоляване на несъответствията между индивидуалното и груповото поведение в организациите.
