Власт И Поведение На Човешкия Фактор В Управлението

Abstract

В студията се изследва властта като инструмент за поведенческо въздействие в управлението. Разгледани са основните възгледи за власт, нейните типове и форми. Отразени са по-важните особености на децентрализацията и делегирането на властта. За рационалното й диагностициране са адаптирани някои съществуващи и предложени нови детерминанти на властни отношения в управлението. Властта е неизменен компонент от управленския процес и засяга субекта и обекта при неговата реализация. Тя дава правото на висшестоящите да се разпореждат и да вземат управленски решения в организацията.
