Дискусионни Въпроси Относно Стрес-Тестването В Съвременната Банкова Практика

Abstract

В разработката се прави критичен анализ на съществуващата практика за провеждане на стрес-тестване в банковата сфера у нас и в чужбина. На тази основа се акцентира върху редица нерешени или дискусионни въпроси, касаещи: значимостта на стрес-тестовете; обхвата и периодичността на тяхното провеждане; идентифицирането на специфичните рискове, които могат да окажат негативно влияние; моделирането на сценарии чрез установяване на ключови рискови параметри (фактори), предмет на шокови изменения; извършването на сравнителен анализ на методите за осъществяване на стрес-тестове и очертаване на техните предимства и недостатъци; спецификата при провеждането на т. нар. „обратни” стрес-тестове и др.
