Abstract

В настоящата статия разглеждаме един тренд, чиито очертания и осмисляне могат да променят акцентите в процеса на развитие на различни системи. Той е свързан с преход към нова епоха, която терминологично се определя като „човешка”. Осъзнаването на този еволюционен преход при равни други условия е в състояние да предотврати „шокове” от бъдещето и да послужи за по-плавни преходи. Независимо дали са развити или развиващи се обществата, те са изправени през криза, породена от липсата на талантливи специалисти. Това обстоятелство намалява тяхната производителност, производствен капацитет и интелигентен икономически растеж.
