Съвременни Аспекти В Развитието На Независимия Финансов Одит В Република България

Abstract

След приемането на България за член на европейската общност сме свидетели на непрекъснати промени на законодателството в областта на контрола, одита, счетоводството и други научни направления. Съвременните промени в областта на контрола и в частност на одита променят изцяло визията и целите на контролните органи. Те вече не упражняват всеобхватен и непрекъснат контрол, каквито бяха финансовите ревизори, а одит който дава съвети, консултира при необходимост и своевременно подпомага дейността на одитирания обект. Въз основа на независимия одит се получава обективна и качествена информация относно състоянието на обекта, възможностите за нарушения и ефективния вътрешен контрол. Следва да се отбележи, че в България все повече е необходимо да се популяризира обществената значимост на одиторската професия и голяма част от ръководителите и собствениците на обектите да осъзнаят неотложната потребност от подобни одити, даващи мнение и препоръки за управлението, дейността и бизнеса на предприятията и дружествата им.
