Abstract

Настоящата статия представя резултати от проект “Риск и възвращаемост при фирмените инвестиции в човешкия капитал в икономиката на знанието” финансиран от Фонд „Научни изследвания” към СА „Д.А.Ценов” през 2008 год. Фокусът на изследването е насочен към проучване и установяване на проблемите при управлението на риска при фирмените инвестиции в човешкия капитал. Подбраната тема отговаря на утвърдените насоки за научни изследвания на академично ниво и стремежа към интердисциплинарност при тях. Отличителните страни на изследването могат да се систематизират по следния начин: • Осъществяване на комплексно проучване на проблем, с висока степен на актуалност и значимост за българските фирми. • Чрез събрания емпиричен материал се очертава практиката и профила на управленските решения за фирмени инвестиции в човешкия капитал. Изследването води до сегментиране, групиране и съпоставяне на практиките на управленски решения за хеджуиране срещу риска при фирмени инвестиции в човешкия капитал.
