Съвременни Аспекти На Банковата Счетоводна Политика

Abstract

Банките са основно звено на банковата система с основен предмет на дейност финансово посредничество и бизнес с пари. Те мобилизират и превръщат в активно действащ капитал значителна част от паричните ресурси в икономиката, извършват разплащания между фирми и граждани, осъществяват разнообразни кредитни, инвестиционни и други операции. По този начин банките позволяват да се раздвижат спестяванията на населението, да се преодолеят затрудненията, произтичащи от несъответствия в движението на стоките и парите, да се уреждат навреме и без загуби отношенията между предприятията в страната и чужбина. Банките са силен фактор в осъществяването на финансовата политика на страната. Благодарение на тесните си връзки с регулиращите органи и Правителството, а също и с налаганите нормативни разпоредби, банките играят основна роля при поддържането на доверието в паричната система. По тази причина съществува значителен интерес от успешното функциониране на банките, особено що се отнася до тяхната ликвидност и платежоспособност. Ролята на счетоводството и счетоводната политика в този процес е от особено значение. Те ще бъдат предмет на изследване в настоящата разработка.
