Abstract

В статията се изследват икономическите предпоставки за възникването, негативното влияние, нормативното регламентиране на същността и възможностите за противодействие на финансовите злоупотреби на капиталовия пазар у нас. Анализира се състоянието на пазарната среда, в която могат да се проявят подобни незаконни действия и са откроени някои насоки за възпрепятстване на тяхното осъществяване. Очертани са особеностите и обхвата на превантивните мерки, ролята, мястото и значението им за националната икономика.
