Abstract

Дейностите по превенция и преодоляване на последиците от риска в публичната социалноосигурителна система на България придобиват изключителна значимост в условията на влошаване на здравния статус както общо, така и на осигурените лица. Разгледани са възможностите за относителното финансово-организационно обособяване на Програмата за профилактика и рехабилитация на НОИ. Лансирана е и идеята за разширяване на нейния обхват чрез предоставяне на плащания за профилактика и рехабилитация и на пенсионери, навършили изискуемата по реда на чл. 68, ал. 1 от КСО възраст.
