Срочните Трудови Договори Като Инструмент За Управление На Иновативната Дейност На Организациите (По Примера На Предприятията В Република Беларус)

Abstract

Статията представя резултатите от проведено научно изследване относно ролята на факторите на труда и по-специално – срочните трудови договори, в иновативната дейност на организациите в Беларус. Установява се посоката на влияние, което този тип договори имат върху иновативната дейност на предприятията. Доказваме, че колкото по-малка е една организация, толкова по-често прилага такива договори и че последните са предпоставка, благоприятстваща активното внедряване и използване на иновации в организациите.
