Оптимизация На Финансовите Ресурси На Здравеопазването В България Чрез Обгрижване На Пациенти В Домашна Среда

Abstract

Здравеопазването в България се базира на болничната по¬мощ. Съгласно Европейския индекс на потребителя за 2016 година страната ни е на първо място по болничен престой. В малките населени места обаче издръж¬ката на болнични лечебни заведения се оказва твърде скъпа и нерентабилна. Това налага развитие на нов вид здравни услуги, с които да се търси намаляване на разходите и оптимално включване на специализираната работна ръка в соци¬алния и здравения сектор. Основната цел на статията е да се разгледат и анали¬зират възможностите за намаляване разходите в здравеопазването чрез въвеж¬дане на система за интегрирани здравно-социални услуги в домашна среда, което изисква изграждането на междинно звено – Центрове „Домашни грижи“. Изследвани и анализирани са резултатите от пилотен проект на Българския червен кръст, Министерството на здравеопазването и Министерството на труда и социалната политика, с помощта на който във Врачанска област през 2012 г. започна предоставянето на интегрирани услуги на възрастни хора с хронични заболявания и трайни увреждания в техните домове
