Изграждане На Модел За Консолидиране На Информацията В Клъстери От Малки И Средни Предприятия (Мсп)

Abstract

Целта на настоящото изследване е да се подобри нивото на информационно осигуряване на клъстера чрез разработване на модел за развитие на ERP системата, с който се консолидира информацията на ниво клъстер. Задачите на изследването са: анкетно проучване на клъстерите, членове на Асоциацията на бизнес клъстерите (АБК) в България, анализ на резултатите от анкетата и дефиниране на изводи за установените проблеми с информационното осигуряване, анализ на алтернативните решения на информационните проблеми, разработване на концептуален модел за развитие на ERP системата, разработване на универсален софтуерен модел и софтуерен модул за извеждане на консолидирана информация. Моделът е апробиран на ERP система MS Dynamics Navision. Предложените решения позволяват консолидиране на информацията на ниво клъстер от хоризонтален или вертикален тип за целите на управлението на клъстера.
