Софтуерни Решения За Управление На Проекти, Съфинансирани По Оперативните Програми На Европейския Съюз

Abstract

Настоящата статия е посветена на проблемите на софтуерните решения за управление на проекти. Подобна задача се оказва изпълнена с редица предизвикателства, защото, от една страна, на пазара съществуват десетки варианти на разработени софтуерни платформи за управление на проекти, като, от друга страна, проектите съфинансирани по оперативните програми на ЕС притежават много особености. Те са насочени основно в посока на документална сложност, съчетана с необходимост от сериозно финансово планиране на междинните и финалните отчети. Спазването на графика със задачи се оказва ключов момент при планирането и възвръщаемостта на финансовите средства. Развиването на изследователския проблем преминава през описание и анализ на често използвани в практиката информационни решения. На основата на дефиниран набор от критерии и показатели се извършва сравнителен анализ на техните характеристики. Той дава основата за открояване на липсващи специфики и функционалности, които могат да позволят формулирането на предложения за разработването на нови системи, позволяващи адекватно и навременно управление на средствата по подобни проекти.
