5 Интегрираност На Стратегиите За Научни Изследвания В Плановите Документи На Висшите Училища

Abstract

В статията са представени модел за интегрираност на организационната стратегия на висшите училища със стратегията за научноизследователска дейност, както и етапите на разработване на стратегията за НИД, така че да се постигне съгласуваност с организационната стратегия и структура. Моделът дава възможност за ефективно организационно проектиране чрез комбиниране на възможни подходи за разработване на стратегиите с оглед постигане на интегрираност между тях. Описани са нивата на зрялост на процесите по планиране на научноизследователска дейност в университетите. Дефинирани са етапите на разработване на стратегията за НИД на ВУ, така че да се постигне съгласуваност с общата организационна стратегия, от една страна, и с останалите частни стратегии, от друга.
