Abstract

Независимо от безспорно нарастващата роля на технологиите, основният фактор на всяка система е човекът със своите качества и опит. Обс-тоятелството, че в съвременните условия преобладаващата част от дейностите, свързани със сводирането и систематизирането на информацията се осъщест-вяват от информационните технологии, не омаловажава ролята на човешкия фактор по отношение на анализирането на резултатите, вземането на решения и разработването на цялостната стратегия за развитие на съответната компания. За да насърчават креативността на ключови свои служители, компани-ите използват различни механизми за материалното им стимулиране. Целта при провеждането на подобна политика е постигането, от една страна, на мотивира-ност на съответния служител за работа и в същото време дългосрочна ангажи-раност и съпричастност към бъдещето на компанията. Обект на изследване в настоящата статия е счетоводната интерпрета-ция на някои основни подходи (форми) за финансово стимулиране на банковия персонал.
